NDIS Payment options

We accept payments through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The process varies depending on how your NDIS funds are managed:

 

1. Self-Managed Participants (You pay and claim reimbursement from NDIS)

✅ Steps:

  • Complete your order and choose "NDIS Payment" at checkout.
  • Pay the invoice using your own funds.
  • Submit your receipt via the NDIS MyPlace Portal for reimbursement.

 

2. Plan-Managed Participants (Your Plan Manager pays the invoice)

✅ Steps:

  • At checkout, select "NDIS Payment" and enter your Plan Manager’s details.
  • We will send an invoice directly to your Plan Manager for payment.
  • Your Plan Manager processes the payment on your behalf.

 

3. NDIA-Managed (Agency-Managed) Participants (NDIS pays the provider directly)

✅ Steps:

  • If we are a registered NDIS provider, select "NDIS Payment" at checkout.
  • Provide your NDIS participant number and relevant details.
  • We will claim payment directly from NDIS through the MyPlace Portal.

 

Important Notes:

  • Ensure the service or product is covered under your NDIS plan category (e.g., Core Supports, Capacity Building).
  • If unsure, check with your NDIS Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.
